“Cleanest,calm environment,helpful staff and all kitchen amenities were provided.You just bring your food with you.have been there 2 times and already planning to book em in summer.my family specially my kids love it.What else do we want.”

“room dirty and tv did not work, breakfast was not given when I went to the Ramada as the front desk person had directed and no place to leave key so I left in the room . No one up at 6 am and doors locked ”

“Loved staying at this hotel! The staff were so kind and helpful! Loved staying there. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and welcoming with the biggest smile! Then when I checked out, the young lady at the front desk was just as nice! Every time I walked by or asked for something, they were very helpful! ”

“Reserved room wasn't on the first floor as requested, all amenities such as pool and hot tub were unavailable, towels in suite were WET, the room wasn't prepared for our reservation and arrival at all. Very Very unimpressed and will not recommend this establishment.”

“ My only complaint was that the hot tub was not hot. Hardly warm. I had booked it specifically so I could relax in the hot tub after a long day driving. Other than that it was great. There is lots of parking, staff is friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable, and the breakfast very good, with a great view if you get a window seat. ”

“What you expect for the price. Room was very clean though, had a microwave and fridge which we liked. Walking distance to pretty much anything in town. Felt safe and staff was very very friendly. Code is used to open your door which was nice so you don’t have to worry about a room key. ”

“I would give this place easily a solid 10 out of 10 ! What a beautiful ski lodge to stay at right beside kicking horse resort . It’s also really nice that breakfast is included. The price was very reasonable for a ski lodge on resort . The whole experience was very enjoyable and we would stay again for sure. ”

“It’s good for the price. It was clean, comfortable, and I appreciated having different heat controls in each room! However there is a dehumidifier in the main room, which runs all the time. We stayed for a week so we would shut it off at night so we could sleep and leave it on during the day. We had to empty it a couple times and it was full! The property is old, but has been refreshed with new paint, flooring, etc. which explains the dehumidifier. We didn’t have anything to scour dishes with,...
